Weather Report is Blak Tornado's second album. In many ways, Weather Report is the lopsided gateway from '11 to 12 in one easy step' to 'An Unnecessary Biography'. On the one hand you have strong, emotional songs such as 'This Song', and on the other we see jokey songs such as '43'. An interesting one.
